Registered Installers
All work must be carried out by an SEAI registered contractor who is active on the official database. Homeowners cannot complete the work themselves.
Post-Upgrade BER
For specific grants, you must complete a post-upgrade Building Energy Rating (BER) assessment to release the funds.
Previous Funding
You cannot receive a grant for a specific measure if that property has previously received funding for the same measure.

Step 5: Post-Upgrade Assessor Check & Reimbursement
Complete your post-upgrade BER. Submit the declaration of works. Your grant will be reimbursed directly to your bank account.
